I def felt guilt for not being out but it was 32 degrees here & my health wouldn’t allow me to be outside so I got my flags, cranked up Springsteen to the max (and my heater) & I drove past the protesters multiple times. I know how much I’ve appreciated supportive drive-bys when I was out there.

We marched in Scottsdale, AZ this morning with 4,000 other sane people.

Big crowds give me anxiety but I still went, they we're packed in my city's square shoulder to shoulder. Found people who think corrupt officials whose policy kills should be treated like serial killers, my kind of people.

I keep thinking about how many more there would have been if everyone who wanted to be there but couldn’t for one reason or another

I’m currently in Turkey and watched various YT feeds (Don Lemon/Joy Reid/Jim Acosta, Indivisible, No Kings). Phenomenal and inspiring 👏🏼🇺🇸🚫👑✌🏼

We had plenty of people who cheered us on from the sidewalk, some even had their own signs. Singers and musicians also stood and sat along the route and provided music to lift our spirits while chants and songs broke out among the marchers.

I try to always mention that for people who cannot or choose not to attend a protest but can leave the house, that driving by a local protest and honking your horn is so important for the people who are out. So if can do that and you want to play a role, that will have more impact than you realize.
