The Epstein Files bill has a lot of protections in it to prevent Bondi from doing what we all suspect she's going to do: hold back or redact because of an open investigation or national security concerns. If she improperly withholds, she'll be sued, and SCOTUS will eventually decide.

Let's review Bondi's flip flops The files are on my desk There are no files There is nothing noteworthy in the files. The case is closed. There is ....um new information now There will be an ongoing investigation Next We cannot release the files

They had a lot of time to do it before the bill passed tho. And DOJ and FBI sucking dictator ball bag aren’t exactly following laws as is. And regardless. Those NEEDING a wake up call will ignore reality to defend their cult leader

Impossible. There is a ton of documentation that many different people, organizations, countries have on this. There have been multiple investigations, lots of lawsuits. Plus, there are all of the financial records that are being investigated. It will NEVER go away.

Do any of you actually believe that any or all unredacted, intact, unaltered, complete files/lists/videos/photos that implicate Trump and/or his maga co-criminals/pedophiles still exist or will exist after Trump's nazi goons have gone through them?

The best plan for justice is if everyone else who has a copy of the files released them simultaneously to the DOJ release. Then we could clearly see the discrepancies because nobody could be accused of reacting to the release.

Kindly shed some light on this for me please.... If Trump ordered Bondi to investigate Democratic members on the Epstein files that's fine hold those back but doesn't that mean the DOJ has to release everything else like references to Republicans, Trump, Melania, ect...?

How will anyone know? Unless someone has a list of every submitted and collected document, the DOJ can and will alter the papers. This is obvious, no? Lucy is holding the ball for us to kick; we know already how that works. The shut down was to give them enough time.

I’ve spent days looking over the ETA. Yes, it adds some “broad oversight mechanisms,” but it’s nowhere near full transparency. The most important provisions I believe are weak and will need close scrutiny—something our government rarely excels at. 1/7

There’s a core problem: there is no independent commission to check whether DOJ’s withholdings actually meet the law’s standards. Instead, complicated oversight is handed to Congress, which isn’t built for fast or aggressive enforcement. 2/7

One of the biggest loopholes is the “active federal investigation or ongoing prosecution” clause. Congress can ask questions, but it can’t force unredacted releases without a subpoena fight—and DOJ knows it. 3/7

Nah. Because we would get rulings from the lower courts that would state that her redactions are inappropriate. Which is super important info to learn. The lower courts did the same with Barr’s redactions to the Mueller report.

Also, let's all remember that this isn't just a stack of papers. There are videos, audio files, court documents, etc. and there are multiple copies of everything, some in other countries. Any attempts to alter the evidence would be caught instantly.

No no no and fucking no. Idiot in chief is screwing 🇺🇦 like he screws women. A 7 day ultimatum to agree to the peace deal or face consequences and no challenge to the Putin deadline. What a tough position for Zelenskyy. tRump needs to go, now, for the sake of all. www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c6...

I'm American, & most of us feel the same way. There's no fast way out of this mess for us other than civil war, which would harm the whole world, so sorry, but the stupidity must continue for now. Watch out for your own super-wealthy -Don't let them buy your elections like our Supreme Court did.

lol yes protections so she'll fo her job. She's already said they'd release within the month. But why are we believing anything of the administration of lies? So, she'll be sued. Whoopdy doo. Just like sanctions, it doesnt work on the unlawful.

Yeah, SCOTUS, where all three of Donald's picks said during confirmation that they considered Roe settled law. I hope Harlan feels he's gotten a good return for his investment.

Remember this before you vote: How the Trump Regime are handling release of Epstein Files. They claim they’re all for transparency, justice & releasing the files, but in the end they continue to do the opposite & screw us over — just like they are doing w/ grocery costs, healthcare, etc. FTR!!!

Eventually, the Epstein files or at least a good portion of it will come out through the Epstein estate. Trump cannot hide from this! Neither can the other repulsive people who pray on children. Remember, Epstein was tipped off before the FBI raid, meaning there's a lot of evidence with the estate.
