In 2015, FIFA's one-country-one-vote system helped 40+ officials get indicted for bloc-buying. Today FIFA is offering $20M per member — including small nations — as part of the Kushner-backed deal. Same voting system, similar dollar figures. Worth asking what safeguards exist this time.
