Simple reality. Life expectancy for men in the USA is ~76 years. Trump is 79 and very visibly looking unwell. If he makes it 5 more years I'd be shocked. He could die any day at this point in his life. The man isn't exactly fit or health conscious, there's only so much medicine can do.
