I disagree, because “Diplomats Asked If…” is (a) boring and not even remotely clickbaity and (b) not even super clear or coherent. This isn’t “you won’t believe what doctors said!” at all. A clear headline would’ve gotten tons more clicks: “TRUMP ADMIN SAYS WHITES ONLY.” They’re just cowards.

Correct. A diplomat asking a question they know the answer to is just to make the Administration's race-based policy explicit.
