Trump: "I don't think we're going to necessarily ask for a declaration of war. I think we're just going to kill people that are bringing drugs into our country. We're going to kill them. They're going to be like, dead."

The US War Crimes Act (18 U.S.C. § 2441) amended in 2023, gives federal courts jurisdiction over war crimes committed by or against US nationals. In a context where there is no actual armed conflict through a declaration by Congress, such a killing would be considered murder.

Maritime law enforcement, typically carried out by the U.S. Coast Guard, involves interdiction, boarding, seizure, and arrest, not lethal force. You can use lethal force only in cases of immediate self-defense. Do not fire unless fired upon.

US and intl law - ordering the killing of people in a sea vessel suspected of drug smuggling, without due process, is a crime. Such an action should be tried in a US federal court, as well as the International Criminal Court (ICC). The US does not recognize the ICC's authority. He owns scotus.

But with legal cigs killing 480,000 Americans per year...far more than drugs..he helped out 'Big Tobacco'..because a tobacco company was the biggest contributor to his election campaign. Not giving AF about those deaths and not caring to do the least to decrease them. www.mcgill.ca/oss/article/...

With no oversight. Just do a hit job on someone. We have no idea who these people really are and what they've done. Just the word of a profound, pathological, serial liar.

Trump's "kill them" policy already killed 37 since Sept, including Colombian fisherman Alejandro Carranza in Oct 23 strikes. Zero public evidence, zero legal justification – just extrajudicial murders while 90% of fentanyl enters via Mexico. Drug warriors always create more addicts than they catch.

Holy f'ing shit! SCOTUS is responsible for his murder victims. He knows he can do whatever the F he wants to do - including murder - and he isn't afraid to admit his crimes at a press conference.

Admitting to war crimes in public. His SCOTUS immunity doesn’t shield him from international law. When he’s out, Venezuela & Colombia should bring charges against him & the U.S. should join the ICC. He could have his day in The Hague.

Well, when warfare is treated like peacetime legal disputes thanks to the ideas dominant in foreign policy, peacetime will be handled like warfare. US loses to Taliban, but executes randoms accused of carrying drugs. Next time you guys have Tom Nichols on, you should ask them some tough questions…

Need any prove that he is not only a sociopath but an in-humane person the confirmation of this is in his answer. For him as for any psychopath killing people is normal and should be seen like being high on drugs.

This guy doesn't see any problem with basically assassinating foreign nationals presumably in their own country without prior approval from Congress or providing proof that the people were actually planning or attacking the US. And this is legal in what country?

Why don't we kill the rich Friends of yours that are bringing the drugs over here because no one in my neighborhood can afford to bring that type of drugs into this country. So it has to be coming in with the control of the rich

And he's so fkn loaded off his ass on drugs too! Look at those red bloodshot eyes. Puffy lids which can never open all the way up. BAGS FOR DAYS. Speaking gibberish disconnected from objective reality. He's about as messed up as Hitler was near the very end.
