We should point out every single damn illegal act, every time. That no one is currently enforcing it isn't the point, it's that we make as many people understand, at all times, this is wrong, & that at some point we can and should prosecute these injustices. otherwise we're just letting it all go.

How can it matter when no one enforces it? All the rules and laws are inconsequential in the absence of enforcement. For example, ignoring due process. Warrentless search and detention. Cruel and unusual punishment. Murder. All without consequences. Without enforcement there cannot be any justice.
