As I understand it Jeff Bezos has tied Amazon RING Cameras into the Flock cameras and Flock then owns all of the images it gets and can sell them anywhere in the world as it pleases.

My wife wanted Ring for a while. The other week I mentioned, ‘You know ICE could use that footage, right?’ and she’s OK with lock and key now.
