The US must be made to pay compensation to all who have been adversely affected by the explosions. An international inquiry should be held to determine whether there was negligence, or worse still, recklessness.

How in the name of Apollo is four to six weeks enough time to tear down the plans of a whole rocket, troubleshoot and test all the systems, devise and test the solutions to any found problems, commit to the solutions, then building a new rocket?
