This is the "new science" where if one can imagine it, it could happen. Wrong. Those involved in Science know how rigorous the processes are. Hypothesis, testing, analysis, and conclusion followed by peer review and confirmation of repeatability. But every time there is a slight inaccurcy BOOM!!

The Joke For The Strugglers (Like Me For This One): The Scientist Notes That Warm, Moist Air Entering (InFlow) A Certain Area Generates Tornadoes, And So Proposes A Method Of Cooling And Drying The Air In Cities To Fend Off Tornadoes.

The True Solution To Avoiding Tornadoes Is Dispersing Warm, Moist Air InTo Cities To Invert The InFlow, But That Will Never Happen Because Making Cities Hotter And Moister Would Be Extremely Unpopular Amongst The City Residents, As It Would Make The OutSide "Uncomfortable", Especially During Summer.

And So, There Is No Winning Plan In The Senario, As Every Plan Either Does'nt Work, BackFires, And/Or Makes The Proposers Hated. Humans Are VERY Strange Creatures. I Mean, Would YOU Not Prefer A Decade Of Pleasure And No Legacy To A Century Of Mild Inconvenience And A Legacy None Else Could Match?

Would be nice if you'd explain how the plan went wrong. Atmospheric air masses are likely much larger than tanks we might reasonably construct, so the effect of such would likely be minimal; but I know this kind of math is something you excel at. Also tornadoes are rarely where want them.
