Dang, I hope this doesn't "come true." For some "countries." All-this because (of a relative few) people insisting upon knowing - something-like - *ahem* . "'Original "biological 'sex'"' '"Before"-"even" birth'" ..! (and so - any real - consciousness).

I won't spoil the fun by pointing out that anagenesis doesn't always result in further changes to highly derived character states—e.g. "living fossils" like coelacanth, lungfish, horseshoe crab, lamprey & turtles have all pretty much stayed the same for, in some cases, 100s of millions of years. 🤓

But what if there's a missing link that has two normal arms and two tiny arms. Maybe it shed the vestigal normal arms, and the advantages of tiny arms would be significant enough that modern T Rex could have 4, 6, or even 8 tiny arms.

Seen this Before ! 😂. Don't forget "reptiles, before," so "salamanders" (or-something), near-shore "fish" .. so yes "fish" ... " 😇 'y chemosynthetic autotrophic volcanic vent bacteria-Man!" . . . . "Ontogeny recapitulates Phylogeny." (Unless that's fliipped 🙃 😇 ).

1) Swith to aquatic habitat. 2) Major droughs and desertification across globe destroyed these habitats. 3) "There is not much difference between water andsand locomotion!"

Watch out for that "first step" ( / "last- 'bite'"), as "Prehistory 'bit'" (for most - and "'99.8' 'ish % " extinct, overall - of I think Animals). "'Nugget' eat'en" ..? that Garden of Eat'in' . "Taste(s)(d) like chicken." 1 /2 *cough*

Carnotaurus had no external arms, just vestigial bones inside its body. I think without the meteor Earth could have seen unprecedented innovation in just how many arms it was possible to not have.

unlikely. t-rex's legs were massive. it's arms were small. if anything, it's legs would have become it's sole manipulators. it is very unlikely it would turn legless. xkcd is sometimes funny, sometimes stupid. this is a stupid one.

Honestly, this's a great Observation, contextually. Maybe 1 - like someone'd said above - "'pogo'-stick," or something..? "'Courtship' fingers" - of like 1 paw's worth - and "'pogo'-Leg" ?? It was possibly "an 'ambush Predator'," so it'd wave its fingers to itself while bored. Waiting 'til Spike

I mean, you're not wrong in a sense, but humor operates on either surprise or dissonance. In this case, it's dissonance: deliberately applying a linear projection to something that obviously isn't a linear process. Which also functions as satire, since people unironically do that A Lot.

"microplastics" -> testicles. "To [censored] or not to [censored] ?" ("Damnit, they're in my. Brain.. [ ! ] "). [ "Blood-Brain 'Barrier'." {What about..? } My @zz.. { !? } ] . Anyway. Probably prehistoric vegetative /microbiological - not Animal - bodies.
