Someone stopped hanging out with me because their name in my phone contacts was their full name. Everyone in my contacts is people's full name and are all organised and merged with emails and other information. What name was I supposed to use? Is this a neurotypical thing?

The UK must immediately and unequivocally suspend support for the US military. The Government have tried to appease him, then they tried to say they're standing up to him. Words aren't enough - it's time for action.

I just want to clear something up I’ve noticed that when I share a lot of autism awareness content, some people assume I’m struggling or going through a hard time. I understand why it might come across that way, but that’s not the case.

It took just one phone call from Donald Trump for Starmer to jump into yet another Middle East illegal war, failing to learn the lessons of the tragedies of Iraq, Libya and Syria.

Pippa Crerar@pippacrerar.bsky.social

BREAKING: Keir Starmer has given US permission to use UK bases to launch “defensive” airstrikes against Iran - destroying its missiles “at source” to prevent them firing across region.

According to Nigel Farage, foreign-born voters are bad, but foreign-born billionaire donors? Apparently, they’re great. I’m amazed people are still buying the con that hypocrite is selling.

Really concerned to hear the Defence Secretary refuse to rule out UK's involvement in future strikes on Iran. Iraq lessons must be learned. Further escalation in the Middle East makes us all less safe. Starmer must rule out UK involvement immediately.

I've been struggling with it lately, and wondered if there are differences or a link with rumination and autistic people and found (in my opinion) this great article. How to Get Out of an Autistic Thought Loop | Psychology Today www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/wome...

Politics is not a game. It's people's lives. The Government's welfare cuts will have a catastrophic impact on the sick & disabled, and plunge hundreds of thousands of people into poverty. It's simple: show some humanity and drop this Bill, now.

If I lose the pip payments. I will not be able to get around outside the house very well. Get therapy I need, and will tender me unable to pay my bills and I will be homeless.

Peter Stefanovic@peterstefanovic.bsky.social

Disabled people could lose more than £10,000 a year as a result of Keir Starmer’s benefit cuts, a group of MPs has warned. In a damning report, the APPG on poverty said some claimants who will be made ineligible for PIP face losing £886 per month www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/poli...

I really don't like Xmas. My therapy stops. My regular TV and internet shows stops. The world around me stops. People all disappear to their families. The club's I go to to socialise stops. So I sit in my dressing gown feeling alone and like crap. Xmas blows.

When talking about masking in regards to #autism. I think it odd we don't often talk about how we can wear many masks, and that you can find yourself in crisis wondering who you really are. That part took me so long. But therapy is helping me slowly get there.
