I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.

Total collapse. We might see a spotless Sun soon. There are no incoming active regions, and current sunspot groups are in a state of decay. Solar activity is about as low as it can go... not to say future surges are not possible, but this will become the norm during solar minimum.

Being against genocide and wars should be the norm. I've thought about the human beings of the Middle East, the Holocaust and other genocides my whole life. These genocides will always weigh heavily on my heart. I stand with ending genocide, ending wars and treating each other as human beings.

I actually put thought into this post, because I wanted to highlight the fact that the headline may mislead people into thinking this is Israel paying the US govt for bombs, w/out acting like that was more important than the genocide itself. I didn't expect someone would just...double down

We’ve had quite an active earthquake swarm south of Nikolski in the Aleutian Islands since Monday night, including 7 earthquakes of magnitude 5 or greater, and a magnitude 6.3 earthquake early this morning. On-duty seismologist Derreck Gossett's animation shows how the swarm has progressed thus far!

And there it is. #Lowell just upgraded to a category 4 storm with 130 mph winds. #Karina holding strong as a category 4 storm with 140 mph winds. Unprecedented for the east Pacific.

Scary to look at this. #Lowell is likely to make a sharp turn to the north over the weekend as a major hurricane. A close pass to Hawaii is looking more realistic.

It's incredible how willing society is to accept men in charge.
