It’s not cute to accidentally cancel Ebola prevention — a virus with a 50% fatality rate.   It’s even less acceptable when it turns out you didn’t “restore” the prevention for Ebola like you claimed.

If only there were a word for this

A group of prominent military contractors, including former Blackwater CEO Erik Prince, has pitched the Trump White House on a proposal to carry out mass deportations through a network of “processing camps” on military bases and a “small army” of private citizens empowered to make arrests.

Murphy: "We need to act like a real opposition party in the middle of a constitutional and democracy crisis. That means we should not be moving forward nominees or legislation in the Senate. Ds should not be giving votes to nominee or legislation in the Senate until Rs get serious about this crisis"

This is a hilariously out-of-touch analysis from someone whose publication is literally called Inside Philanthropy. Maybe it would help to pull out a little. On the contrary, I find people much more alive to this threat now than I did six years ago.

More of this please

Murphy: "Let's not pull any punches about why this is happening. Elon Musk makes billions off of his business with China. And China is cheering at this action today. There is no question that the billionaire class trying to take over our govt right now is doing it based on self-interest."
