In my journalism classes (I was a reporter in a past life), we were warned about most of these, like entire lectures about about the dangers of horse race coverage. You'd think this influence actual media coverage, but here we are.

Wikipedia went from the site my professors stridently warned us against using to one of the most carefully edited and curated information databases. (No, you still shouldn’t cite it as a source, but you CAN cite ITS sources!)

If I were an actor and got a job telling the world that James Talarico wants you to be put in jail for not allowing your children to have transgender surgery I think I would simply kms

Long-running sitcoms should do the anime thing where they get a new opening theme every season. I would be way more interested if, like, the third season of How I Met Your Mother began with Asian Kung-Fu Generation

So the good news is I crushed my manager at fantasy football this weekend. The bad news is I have a performance evaluation on Tuesday. Wish me luck.

Tell me Thursday Night Football did not just do a bit on the Buc's quarterback's mother while holding a long closeup of her as she's eating nachos.

EarthBound (The Series) Episode 13- It Tolls For Threed: Ness insists on stopping in the haunted town of Threed, where monsters of all sorts lurk, answers are hard to find, and the barrage of evil spirits overwhelm Paula.

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 49 Quick Reaction: In this episode, Tomoro defeats the villains in the most diabolical way possible- by fixing everything they were mad about in the first place.

Fuck ChatGPT flyers. The future is broadsheets.

The #digimon series is the best example of how humanity views the development of аrtіfісіаl іntеllіgеnсе throughout the years Adventure -> Appmon -> Beatbreak

Digimon Beatbreak #48 Quick Reaction: In this episode, Sanzomon’s forces build up a seemingly unassailable position… then forget the good guys would try to assail them anyway.

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 47 Quick Reaction: In this episode, maybe Chairman Wong wasn’t so far off about being suspicious of Digimon.

EarthBound (The Series) Episode 11: The statue's effect on Everdred mars Ness and Paula's return to Twoson as Porky tries to steal the statue back: archiveofourown.org/works/844563...

There's a weird menu, therefore I've been summoned.

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 45 Quick Reaction: In this episode, after a season’s worth of jumping in and making badass sacrifices, Kyo gets to experience the receiving end.

Last night, when I asked my kid if he recognized any of the songs the band was playing at a football game, he said they all sounded "classical." As the band played Blink182.

Happy Anniversary Mother 2! EarthBound (The Series) Episode 10 is up! Right after rescuing Paula, Ness discovers a nearby sanctuary. There he's forced to confront the morals of fighting the local inhabitants while being responsible for Paula's safety. May contain Undertale references.

The child ask to walk to the end of the street, glancing nervously at his phone. That's sus, so I asked why. He wanted to know how to spell our street name so he could invite a friend over. Yay, learning how to gather info! Only when he got back did I tell him he could have looked at our junk mail.

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 44 Quick Reaction: In this episode, before Glowing Dawn can help Tomoro, they need to get past a a one-on-one climactic fight paying off everyone’s season-long arcs: Kyo vs. his boyhood heated rival, the girl vs. the girl, and Makoto vs. whoever’s available.

Love it so much when Pippi's included in the Mother crew!

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 43 Quick Reaction: In this episode, turns out Kyo was keeping even more secrets from Tomoro for no reason! The most shocking is that Kaito is still apparently a relevant character in this series.

EarthBound (The Series) Episode 9 is now up! In this episode, Ness and Everdred reach Happy Happy Village. They find an evil statue, Porky, an empty cabin, the reasons lots of cultists joined, and a conspicuous shiny badge. Paula? That's going to take a little more digging.

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 42 Quick Reaction: In this episode, we learn Kyo and Asuka had the same thing Haru and Yuujin had. Unfortunately that includes the parts with the glowing red eyes and being controlled by the villain.

Seems like the last week or so has been spent perpetually having Mega Man stage music stuck in my head. Which doesn't sound so bad until you rack your brain trying to remember *which* stage it is. (Today it was Ring Man)

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 41 Quick Reaction: In this episode, Daddy needs to get some work done but the damn kids won’t leave him alone.

EarthBound Episode 8 is now up! In this episode, Ness scouts the local robotics fair to find a kooky invention guy, but a rambling mushroom sows some chaos at the fair.

Last Week: Candidate reenters race. Today: Candidate shares article with picture with me. 😂

Excuse me while I add this fellow into my Guess Who? rack.

When you do a podcast with the guy, you get to experience this thought process in real time! (Why do most of the Digimon Frontier characters wear hats or head coverings?)

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 40 Quick Reaction: In this episode, what bad thing could possibly happen to the kind found family that takes in and shows a better life to the heartless mercenary with an extended kill sheet?

Digimon Beatbreak Episode 39 Quick Reaction: In this episode, the vicious psychopath actually wants Kyo to kill him. Doing so is apparently very complicated and requires a day’s worth of planning and deception towards innocent third parties. firstagent.tumblr.com/post/8226078...

dawg the brazilians are calling it asfaltos unidos in the QTs we're getting cooked

Was so ready to point to the finale of Epic: The Musical but... I mean, it's good. It works for that project. But it ain't Bryan Adams in 1992.

Visualized.

It's ridiculous because Hong and the candidates still in the race (which still includes one moderate) have plenty of support in the party. This isn't just the party insiders trying to subdue the progressive wing, they're ignoring everybody leaning even the slightest bit to the left. #wisconsin

You don't need AI for that; they'd be just as successful rolling a four-sided die.

EarthBound Episode 7 is now up! In this episode, Ness reaches Twoson where he investigates Paula's disappearance. In the meantime, his mother's visit to the Burglin Park farmers market draws her towards the suspicious Happy Happy movement.
