I second that, speaking from experience with depression. When I isolate, my thoughts tend to spiral out of control. I wouldn’t call myself an extrovert, but relying on my “village” helps me get through the hard times. We need to interact with each other more than ever, it’s a fundamental human need.

I'm going to try to do this cleanly. Today's right wing governments are networked to each other. Those networks are well-documented. You can read about them in books. Following the elections in one node of that network is good practice for understanding the U.S. node.
