Weaning myself off of #productivity/note-taking apps in favor of pen & paper feels very healthy so far… there's an elegance to it that's alluring. Looking forward to transiting to majority #analog by this time next year! Who's with me??

The biggest specialty #coffee show in Asia starts TOMORROW here in #tokyo! I'm looking forward to playing a larger role in my company's operations and events this year. I can't wait to make coffee for fine people from all over the world once again! #SCAJ #specialtycoffee #barista

Having trouble finding any English info on these banger #sneakers my partner got for me… picked them up at ABC Mart Grand Stage in Ginza and I'm more than pleased! The included speed hooks are a game changer. #nike #JAPAN

My newest companion. I'm already having a wonderful time imagining what future members could fit into this beautiful &Liebe pen case! #fountainpen #stationery

Great evening with my partner. Resident Evil on its opening day in Japan, writing with my new Sailor Pro Gear, and craft beer in an unfamiliar part of Tokyo. #fountainpen #craftbeer #residentevil #tokyo #JAPAN

@tapbots.com Pastebot 3 is eating up a lot of cpu usage percentage. On startup, it usually is taking up 75% of the % CPU, vastly more than any other app or process on my Mac. Severe battery drain follows with the app running. Known issue? I’m on an M2 2022 MacBook Air with 16GB of memory.

I’ve been needing to take more time for myself to create/express a lot of what I’ve been feeling and what’s going on in my life (as well as justify my subscription to Pika by the wonderful team at @goodenough.us). Hopefully I’ll be consistent with medication and able to keep this inspiration alive!

ms.nowThe Onion says it won’t wait for the courts, will launch Infowars to pay Sandy Hook familiesThe Onion’s staff is tired of waiting for the courts to settle its pending takeover of Alex Jones’ brand, so the new Infowars will launch next month.

I know Calvin’s dad is already having a moment, but every terrible “outsource precious and fleeting moments with your children to tech so that you can spend more time on your work” pitch makes me think of that one strip I never really cared about as a kid, but care a lot about as an adult.

NEWS: Claude Lemieux has passed away at the age of 60. Lemieux was one of the toughest players in league and a 4x Stanley Cup Champion with the Canadiens, Devils, and Avalanche. Lemieux also carried the torch for the Habs just Monday night for Game 3, BR reports Claude died by suicide

I remember Felix for #Appdotnet and how exciting it was to experience third party development for a new social platform. I wish there were more Bluesky clients to choose from...

Hatred, ignorance, fear, greed, and discrimination are viruses, magnified by suffering, carried in buckets, spilled onto the world. We cannot eliminate them by actions that magnify hatred, ignorance, fear, greed, discrimination and suffering - only by actions that relieve them.

Chris Murphy: "I think it's likely the United States that carried out this attack on this school. I think it's unforgivable under any circumstances, but the fact this was one of our first targeting decisions speaks to the incompetence of our leadership at the Dept of Defense."
