If anything, Gazans should relocate to the West Bank while Gaza is rebuilt. Refugee camps should be set up on evacuated settlements deep in the WB. A win-win since these settlements are obstacles to peace. Look at the settlements (red) between Ramallah and Nablus for example.

Among other reasons, Netanyahu is keeping this war going because it benefits him. He knows that the moment it's over so is his career. Calls for the dismissal of Netanyahu are growing

“Dismissal Now” Outside the Knesset this morning. The protest tent set up by family members of victims of the Oct. 7th calling for the immediate dismissal of Netanyahu.

If you approach the modern history of Palestine primarily as a national conflict between Jews and Arabs, the question when a distinct Palestinian nationalism emerged is paramount. If you approach it as primarily a settler-colonial dynamic, then that question is much less significant.

In “The New Middle East” there is no Palestine and no Palestinian territories. The West Bank and the Gaza Strip are simply part of Israel.
