Water tiles dusted. 👊 (+ many other revisions not pictured) Here's a peak at some of the new river & coast tiles. Had big momentum loss with an apartment-move followed by other happenings, and took some mega willpower to resume these water tiles which had been a big pain. Moving on!

Symptoms include: Stubborn weight that doesn't fall off with diet/exercise, irregular or no periods, facial hair or excess body hair, adult acne, fatigue, infertility, thinning of hair, dark skin patches, skin tags, and insulin resistance If any of these are familiar consult a gyno ASAP

This year PCOS just officially got renamed after 10 long years of research 🎉 PMOS better encompasses how this condition is not just about ovaries but how it affects the entire body. This name change is targeted to help get better treatment in the medical field
