I met with the defence ministers of France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom in Paris today for talks on support for Ukraine, European defence and the conflicts in the Middle East. There is a new diplomatic push for peace in Ukraine, but Putin's actions tell a different story.

Trump has only allowed the transfer of 24 patriot missiles to Ukraine over the last 3 months. That is only 2 interceptors a week. Rather than ending patriot deliveries, Trump is sending a tiny amount so people can't complain he stopped while 95% of Russia's missiles still get to hit their targets.

Musk is lying about Ukraine using civilian Starlink on combat drones. Since February, any Starlink terminal operating in motion has needed military Starshield authorization. No Starshield – no connection. Using civilian Starlink on drones was technically impossible. Period.
