Impossible question to answer but I think the most I have ever been legit scared in a theater was seeing original RINGU (this must have been like 2001, before the remake) - I really very nearly crawled over the back of my chair when Sadako comes out of that TV

I've never been more scared in a theater than when I first saw Paranormal Activity (unknowns fuck me up). Also, the jump scare that still gets me to this day is the little boy in [REC], and the rest is pretty damn terrifying.
