Its been 5 weeks since I stopped streaming to focus on my health and complete 4 tasks. 1. Establish physician care in CO 2. Began GLP-1 medication for weight loss 3. Establish mental health care for eating disorder and depression 4. Begin walking at least 2x per week outside I have completed 3/4!

Upon landing, substantial damage was observed to the plane's rudder. This was likely caused during the struggle and extreme stress on the aircraft's frame during the dive. The aircraft was traveling with 174 passengers including 27 children.

Passengers and cabin crew entered the flight deck and observed a fight with one of the pilots were stabbed multiple times from a pocket knife. Two off-duty pilots in civilian clothes were onboard and helped to stabilize the aircraft and land the plane safely.
