Predictable. A "rigged election" means an election that Trump or his preferred candidate lost. He is so ignorant about how elections work that he can't even come up with any plausible way an election could be rigged, but truth and reality are irrelevant to him, and his cult is dumber than he is.

The most difficult part is matching the sample to the population. The sample probably had a variety of voters, but as per your other data, the population of voters featured far fewer NDP voters than I bet the sample anticipated. (And as always their polling tends to not be truly random).
