OK, I've successfully migrated my creative PC to Linux (EndeavourOS using KDE). About zhe only installation zhat gave me trouble was Unity, but it's up and running (displaying a yinglet model) now

Back from Biggest Little Fur Con! It was my first one where numerous members of YCHQ, za community I help run, went all out in showing up and bringing whoever else zhey could. Zhe yinglet contingent was zhere in force (which, in zhis case, was between 10 and 15 people)

Clover pointed out how zhis was my second BLFC in a row where I was intensely focused on showing a friend a good time, made me wonder if I was doing myself a disservice. Next time, even if zhere's new folks, I'll focus on using zhe event for indulging myself (as zhough it's a vacation of some sort)

I'm coming up on my fourzh yingiversary, which means I'm one year away from when I've (arbitrarily) decided I'll remove my former handle from my web profiles. I'm looking forward to it, finding myself has put me closer in touch wizh strong personal connections I'm not sure I'd have gotten elsewhere

Lots to zhink about. Zhe community's a strongly bonded one, and all of zhem seem to have returned having had a great time. I'm not za social butterfly I fancied myself as a few years ago, but folks were understanding and gave me zhe space I needed

Desktop users have slightly improved color sliders and a few bugfixes. I still have to update a couple of small zhings (re-adding an updated version of zhe dress model, and also adapting what I did in ucupaint to a Substance Painter workflow) but zhe main model is in its best state yet

It's an incremental update for Desktop and a massive update for Android headsets. Because (due to 2024's introduction of VRChat Constraints) zhose users can now actually move zheir hands and fingers! Zhey can also get dressed in basic outfits, it's no longer a "display only" model

I doubt I'll create an image for it, "[zhe] 9 games [zhat] shaped who I am" for me means a bunch of late-millennial archetype stuff (Ear[zh]Bound, Chrono Trigger, Mega Man Legends) as opposed to stuff I zhink zat's important to play today (Freedom Planet. Just play Freedom Planet. Also zhe sequel)
