In a completely deliberate show of laser and firework show art innovation, this year New Year’s at the Needle put on a Northern Lights-inspired show so realistically Arctic the Space Needle was nowhere in sight.

Merry Christmas. My dad just passed away a couple of days ago. Just heartbroken. But still I find beauty and inspiration everywhere. Have a lovely holiday and hold those you love close by.

My kid is up on Steven’s working right now. The mountain is currently getting dumped. Which is great but with so much moisture landslides do become more of an issue.

As a Canadian living in the US.Shit is heavy and stressful. Everyday is just on onslaught of some new fresh hell.My family decided to head to Canada this year for our summer vacation and just the sense of tension and relief.Like every Canadian we meet is like ohhh damn sorry you’re in the US.

A little purr for you from the galaxy far, far away. (Sound on) 🐈‍⬛🤍 #cat #purr #maythe4thbewithyou

As a Canadian living in the US, I just can’t fully explain the level of relief I feel today. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Canada has work to do now.

I love our elections #cdnpoli The paper ballots. The cardboard ballot boxes. The poll workers who really just want to help make it possible for you to vote. The temp hires at Elections Canada who count things up. The media reminders to go vote before polls close. It’s all great and too fragile.

have you ever seen a wooly worm on the sidewalk and picked him up to move him to safety and then realized he had big ol shifty eyes and then you fell in love and got married? #woolyworm #plushie #keychain

I forgot that my friend @annetheriault.bsky.social wrote a lovely essay about Anne Boleyn to answer this very question!
