this is total gobbledygook? the process to decide who should be certified as the winner is the election, and there is no federal law that says the courts get to decide who that is.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Blanche on CBS says his suit against Alaska is "asking the court to step in where the Alaska Supreme Court didn't, which is to look at federal law and if necessary to allow a process for Alaska to decide who should be certified as the winner." (So, the voters won't get to decide. Got it.)

We would be so much further ahead if the Democratic Party represented the anger its members have about the right instead of constantly coddling their friends

ACC officiating finding a way to rule in favor of Miami on a disputed catch? Truly I have never heard of such a thing.

if you watch the clip from this week of the now-former press secretary on hannity you can see that the administration did in fact still televise an execution

Snell. Home run on first and last pitch and nothing in between. (Was going to delete this after they amazingly left him in, but now I’ll live with my error which is much smaller than Dave Roberts’)

Uhm...are they paying their premiums? Perhaps these are the VERY people you want participating in insurance. Imagine removing all the people who are paying money in and never taking money out. Brilliant!

Dr Oz says the Trump administration will kick more than a million people off health insurance because some of them have "never filed a claim"

Matt Brash was the load bearing column of the Mariners bullpen. Without him the entire thing has just collapsed upon itself. Guys in different roles and out of their comfort zones. No one stepped up, and as the weeks went by the remaining guys wilted under the work load and the pressure.

It's amazing that the guy who will swing at any pitch, anywhere, challenges so many pitches. It's not amazing that the same guy is an abysmal 6 for 24 on challenges. What a frustrating player Naylor has become.

Anxiously awaiting the ai recreation of this inspiring moment.

Trump on 9/11: "I just thank my people. I was building a big building in New York & I took the whole crew down there right after this happened & they had no hesitation. Everybody went down with me... we thought it was coming down on top of us... two fireman lifted me up and started running with me"

Imagine not firing Dan Wilson a month ago when it may have made a difference. Instead we get to watch the ritualistic humiliation of a heartless, leaderless team play out meaningless games with zero passion or urgency.

When I was a kid my dad stopped a dinner conversation in its tracks and made me retrieve the dictionary from down the hall. He then had me look up “humility” and explain the word. I also recall him doing the same with “empathy.” I miss dad.

It’s really weird how displaying some semblance of humility seems to have been extinguished as a cultural value in the United States over the course of, what, 15 years? Yes, Americans were never BIG on humility, but I swear I recall it being something powerful people used to get praised for.

So...just to make sure I got this: Kade Anderson made his MLB debut against an excellent and very hot team. He went 5 innings, gave up 2 hits and 1 run w/5 Ks. Then -- and again I want to make sure I'm reading this right -- they *brought him back out to face the top of the order for the 3rd time?*
