I'm 47 and I play D&D. Last night marked the end of a 6 year campaign that was started during covid. During that time, 3 different Game Master's took the helm, but I had the opportunity to play the same character through the entire time.

That Character was Rhaene, who started out as a Bright and hopeful half elven artificer/wizard. But who grew into a monstrous Archmage. During my time playing this character we explored Morality, Main Character Syndrome, PTSD, Autistic traits and the side effects of burning it all down.

Its the first time ive gotten to play a character for the entire trip from 1-20. from nobody to literal godhood. Rhaene's Reign of Raining Ruin and Wrath will stick with me forever. Appreciate you gents.

Sometimes I dislike my job. Other times I get to drive ridiculous vehicles for a week through the Quebec forests and mountains. Rental has 67 km on it...

Life above 42% 42% is when the anxiety kicks in. Not excessive, but it's when I start looking for outlets. 36% I start changing plans. 23% the panic sets in. 5% frantic And when the light dies... In 10 minutes all 7 stages of grief, but mostly acceptance and just a little bit of rebellion.

cool how Project 2025 went viral during the election, we were told Trump disavowed it and wouldn't do it, he got elected and started implementing it immediately and now we're being told "well this is what people voted for" they very explicitly did not

The people now in charge of the Office of Personnel Management apparently don’t know how to scrub PDF metadata, and have exposed the original authors of the guidance they’re publishing. Two, Noah Peters and James Sherk, have links to the Heritage Foundation and Project 2025.

Rare to get good colour's out of a sunrise or sunset here in Montreal. Most of the time we have "cotton candy pastels" due to the moisture in the air. Ohio, Tennessee, Mississippi this week. Texas in two weeks, Ontario mid month and then Alberta in March. #upintheair #yul #roadwarrior
