I've been using Fluxer (mainly the Fluxfur instance) a lot recently, and it feels competent enough where I could genuinely use this as a replacement for Discord (it also feels a lot better than Stoat). I am very looking forward to when Discord is no longer the main community chat platform.

fluxer is absolutely not vibe coded, the project has been in progress for longer than ChatGPT has even existed, not to mention how well it functions!! definitely give it a try if you're looking into discord alternatives, i'd say it's by far the most complete alternative, and it's open source!

I have already created my Fluxfur and all, and I also gots an account on the main Fluxer... the only thing that has stopped me from getting onto Fluxfur itself is the lack of support for "custom instances" on the Fluxer app (or a decent third party app) >W<
