Wilber Rafael Garces Perez was shot by ICE while working as a food delivery driver. They handcuffed him as he was bleeding and didn’t even allow his wife to see him in the hospital. There needs to be an independent investigation of this cruelty. ICE must be abolished.

The man ICE shot in Austin today is named Wilber Rafael Garces Perez. Per his lawyer, she and Perez’s family were run off of hospital property where he’s being treated and won’t even confirm he’s there because he’s “in ICE custody.” Actual criminals.
