While there was a lot of pressure to move the Cavs game from Thursday night to the open date on Friday… thereby creating difficult back to backs for both… or moving that game to Cleveland … from what I understand that was considered unfair and logistically next to impossible with so little notice.

One of the craziest comebacks I have seen in this building. Sixers were dreadful all first half and then hit a level of intensity the Cavs simply couldn't match in the second, overcoming a 29-point lead. Insane start to the year THE RECAP from me allphly.com/sixers-home-...

These announcers talkin bout Mike Brown making all Knicks players sign personal contract declaring they’re “All In” Brown made front office people do the same. Facts and full disclosure…Brown did the same thing in Sacramento when the Kings broke the playoff drought. It works.

Philadelphia might have the most top-end talent in the Eastern Conference but how will they make it all fit? What’s the best way to use Joel Embiid in an offense built around LeBron?

Asked Nikola Jokic about the biggest difference for his team this year through 11 games Jokic: "The bench unit. It's a lot of veterans. A lot of guys who care, who know how to play... know what their role is. And we have advantages in multiple positions."

A good explainer by @ramonaespn.bsky.social & Kendra Andrews. I was wondering about Collier's clear conflict of interest re: Unrivaled, and if she ran any of that by the union head or any other union stakeholders. www.espn.com/wnba/story/_...

MLB uses pitchcom now so signs can’t be stolen. Pages is signaling pitch location here because Realmuto is being sloppy and setting up inside early. But that didn’t matter because Strahm missed his location by three feet and threwq a flat 91-mile-per hour fastball into the nitro zone.

It’s such a good play that she came up with after playing flag football and refined it with Sue Bird, who told me it works because “basketball defenses can’t guard you and hit you the way safeties in football can, so at some point they’ll be on their heels. “
