Who wants two weeks of blanket media coverage on the grubby little details of this despicable political coverup case? 🙋‍♀️ A vote for National is a vote for kiddy fiddlers! See how that works. 🙄 #nzpol #OneTermGovernment #NZ #Aotearoa #ForAllOfUs

New working paper: the Norwegian wealth tax was a huge success. The "exodus" of wealthy people never happened (less than 100 individuals left). Tax revenue increased by 71.5%. No changes in business activity or investment. www.nber.org/papers/w35854

Chlöe Swarbrick gives an almighty summation of the current governing coalition’s record. Her speech, given as parliament closes for the election, also outlines why the @greens.org.nz need to lead the next government… the video is well worth your time. #nzpol

They borrowed money on the nation’s balance sheet to give to their donors and the richest of the rich. Nz’s most wealthy increased their wealth by $4 billion in the first year of this shitty government and $29 billion in the second. It’s cheaper if we’re all paying for this twisted lolly scramble

I am going to die of old age waiting for labour to realise they need to inspire folks, that they need to be a brave progressive workers party on the left. Contesting an election based on being afraid of national criticising them didnt work last time, wont work this time.

Well, surprise surprise - unacceptable nitrate contamination of rural Canterbury ground water. Thanks, dairy sector. This is a prime example of externalities. NOW can we halt the dairy conversions?

It was established by National in 2022 that regardless of international events higher petrol prices and any associated hikes in inflation are always solely the fault of the incumbent government. I’m sorry I don’t make the rules.
