Trump does not look or sound good. He's red, glistening, slurring, and his eyes are barely open

Microsoft literally told fragile white guys to use AI to compete with Black co-workers.

KetAnthropic JoshAI@ketanjoshi.co

The first genuinely honest ad for generative AI I've ever seen, from Microsoft / CoPilot A mediocre white guy sees his non-white colleague getting praised for good work, he asks AI to *literally copy it*, and then he gets all the praise instead: www.ispot.tv/ad/SoDi/micr...

Sore aging knees have entered the chat, Amazon.

The MAGA phony king is an obese octogenarian who wears more makeup than a drag queen, has a yellow stuffed ferret for a wig, wears lifts in his shoes, has ludicrous shoulder pads in his suits, and wears a girdle and diapers.

It's apparently Black Cat Appreciation Day and this is Brooks (left) and her biological sister, Karma (right). We adopted them from a shelter. Brooks reached through the bars and grabbed my shoulder as I was passing by... and that's all it took. As you might guess, they're pretty smart.

That oughta help the GOP with the military vote. 🙄

Reporter: Family members of service members are concerned about conditions on the LIncoln. Trump: No they’re not. Reporter: Has the deployment gone on too long? Trump: No. Not nearly long enough.

despite being one of the more difficult monsters to make a movie about—narratively and visually—the concept of werewolves has never left the public imagination, most likely because it expresses a universal fear of how much it would be everybody's problem if men had periods

Notice DOJ doesn't talk about its efforts to obtain state voter files anymore. They are 0-20 in those cases and today is the beginning of the quiet period -- states can no longer do systematic removals of names from the voter rolls. TLDR: We won!🥳

A reminder that I’m STILL looking for work, either contract or FT, 18 months after Monolith was closed down by Warner Bros. Lemme put words in your characters mouths!!

I’m available for work. Currently available for: Narrative Design Writing (video game & tabletop) Consulting (narrative/DEI/editing) Review and Executive Summary of playable builds Recruiters welcome to get in touch. linkedin.com/in/tanyacdep...

When I worked across the street from Microsoft at a rival major console manufacturer, a number of coworkers left to work on the first Xbox. When MSFT made cuts after poor sales, they dismissed entire teams without regard to talent. The smart people never went back because pay was renegotiated, too.

id Software worked with various ideas before Xbox cuts, including a new Perfect Dark, John Wick style new IP, and co-op DOOM id has been "nuked into the dirt" and "relegated to support studio size", said one former dev. gamesbeat.com/inside-a-stu... www.videogameschronicle.com/news/id-soft...

'From a window at night.' (1896) Towards the end of her life, Maria Yakunchikova wrote that her work from the late 1890s attempted to convey the fleeting preoccupations of other lives - 'the flashes of another world, the perception of which is blended into the landscape.'

If Trump stuck two french fries in his nose and said he's going to tell Westeros to invade Narnia, Fox would devote 10 hours a day to the Narnian threat and the New York Times would run articles headlined "President Considers Expanding Conflict Zone; Critics Raise Questions"

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

"The president told me he's disappointed Israel can't put Hezbollah away. He went on to say, 'They can't do anything without knocking buildings down' & that he is close to giving it to Syria. He's talking about empowering the Syrian president to actually go into southern Lebanon and fight Hezbollah"
