This ad is indeed, antisemitic, transphobic, and indefensible, but also, it is being run by Cenk Uygur, a known antisemitic wrecker with no link to the Abdul El-Sayed campaign. It isn't really comparable to the Ramaswamy ad, which his campaign is paying to run.

While I doubt the other candidates, like Gabi Eisenkot, will do any good to improve, I just hope at least Benjamin Netanyahu will lose and finally get what's coming to him for his war crimes and committed mass genocide.

Mike Rogers and Republicans tried Islamophobic attacks and disinformation on Abdul El-Sayed. Michiganders are lining up for his rally with Barack Obama instead. Their bigotry is flopping in public and everyone can see it.

I don’t think the Islamophobic attacks and disinformation are having the effect Mike Rogers and Republicans thought it would. 📌 Michiganders lining up for the Abdul El-Sayed and Barack Obama rally. #BlueWaveIn10Days

The question was asked and answered already. He has disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood. PolitiFact confirmed this. He signed a letter supporting decisions by Egypt’s elected president during the turbulent aftermath of the Arab Spring, not a pledge of allegiance to the Brotherhood. Context matters.

politifact.comRogers wrong that El-Sayed didn’t disavow Muslim BrotherhoodAfter a clip of Democrat Abdul El-Sayed being questioned about the Muslim Brotherhood gained millions of views online, Republican Mike Rogers said El-Sayed didn’t disavow the organization. Video shows...

Despite what polls or pollsters suggest, the key point is that you should vote if you are tired of Trump’s corruption and the Republicans in Congress failing to halt his unconstitutional actions. I cast my ballot last week; please do the same no later than Election Day.

My reason for supporting Abdul El-Sayed in the primary and general midterms is less about his critique of Israel & more about his background and proposals. His policies for healthcare, housing, education, the environment, infrastructure, & the economy could advance my country than Stevens & Rogers’.

As much as I do agree with El-Sayed that we should stop giving our money and weapons to Israel and hold them accountable for their atrocities, there are other priorities we should be focusing on, if not more, for our country.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is being sued as a monopoly after the state found it's been in a conspiracy to restrict access to healthcare. Corporations should not have this much power. We need money out of politics, money in our pockets, and Medicare for All.

El-Sayed: "The reason he's flip-flopping has nothing to do with policy, nothing do with your costs. It everything to do with his sagging poll numbers ... He's doing an ad drinking a Labatts, talking about the Red Wings, pretending he was not for this the entire time. Be serious, my guy."

There can be absolutely no excuse for glorifying terror and the murder of innocents. Chants of "intifada" and "long live Hamas" at a rally to honor the victims of October 7 and support Palestinian freedom are inciting and unacceptable.

This also doesn’t help far-left voters: Jill Stein is a hypocritical charlatan with questionable ties to Putin; she skipped court after being charged, and she bickers and complains instead of offering constructive plans.

Although I am glad that Abdul El-Sayed secured the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate in Michigan, I would still vote for Haley Stevens if she had won the primary. Despite my reservations, I prefer her over a MAGA extremist like Mike Rogers at this point we are in.

Sure, I have reservations about El-Sayed—such as his campaign with Hasan Piker, whom I dislike, and his remarks—& I’m not sure whether aligning with Harris was wise. Yet his broader record suggests he is a promising option who could do more to benefit my country, & he's good enough to earn my vote.

Granted, I think we deserve a stronger, better leader, but such a shift is improbable; despite our hopes, we should stay realistic about our present position and circumstances, even if this conflicts with our stance and some, or many, people do not share or agree with our view.

I don’t expect our nominee to be perfect or fully aligned with me. Regardless of agreement, I hope for someone adequate who takes any step forward, even if it's minimal, upholds the Constitution, respects the rule of law, and avoids extremism and corruption.

We are not free until every genocide is stopped. Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan, Cuba, Congo, America and Canada. We must embrace empathy and not worship the rich.
