Come see! My Furaffinity is largely up-to-date. I’ve posted most of my major pieces completed from 2018 to 2025. These include my Talespin EU and beach bar panoramas. There’s more to come, and a number of major pieces remain in-waiting on my Patreon. 🎨🐾🦊 www.furaffinity.net/user/foxer421/

THIS IS ALL TO SAY: if you find yourself not seeing as many hand crafted artisans at the con(s) you frequent, that doesn’t mean they don’t exist, it might mean they didn’t get in! Good cons want your feedback, if you want more hand made, tell them! :)

Periodic reminder! I make all the prints on paper I sell by hand, each color individually, with screens I burn or blocks I carve and package them all myself. I don’t print my own shirts, however I have never hidden this fact and don’t lie and say I do! I use a vendor who lives in walking distance>

The most Halloween vibes I’ve ever amassed - rare SoCal thunderstorm over our garden witch and largest pumpkin. 🎃 ⛈️ 🧙

Our household trash pick up has been missed a 10th time, and we’re on our third call to code enforcement. Swear I’m gonna start piling it on the sidewalk next.

Voter suppression in Texas is working exactly as it was designed to work. Republicans closed 92 voting locations in the state's largest swing county and now voters are waiting in line two hours to vote.

They are destroying the administrative state & throwing all of us to the wolves. Doesn't matter if you voted for them or not, MAGA/MAHA are driving us into a chaotic, deadly, pre-20th century wilderness of no aid for states devastated by disasters; no regulation... share.google/0kdXsvm8ER8q...

I think they took a wrong turn.. 🚧 I’ve been brainstorming a quick and easy vintage Foxer Halloween drawing.

Didn't like the idea of an FA+ subscription only able to go through paypal for a several reasons BUT Turns out you can purchase one time FA+ subscription amounts through their merch shop! Super easy got a year's membership. Look into it if, like me, the paypal subscription option didn't appeal 🦊👍

There’s no way furry art could replace my planning salary. But, more and more, I contemplate whether it’s worth it for my sanity. Keeping this planning thing going for 16 years now is an exhausting marathon. I do wish I could teach, I’ve learned a lot.

Another little glimpse from my paw comic draft on Patreon. I’ve taken a 6 month break from creating it, but last night I picked it up a little. More to come?

I rarely use references. NOTHING wrong with it - it’s process. I personally just lay out the shapes and ‘there it is’ on the page. My challenge is what pose do I want to draw that day.

Use reference. I’m serious. I get it that somehow you or someone convinced you that using reference is “cheating.” It’s not. You are just hindering yourself.

All of Shinigami Girl’s art is high quality and often traditional. Go check out her booth and support her wonderful work.

I'll be vending at BLFC in a few days, table 502 sort of in the middle of the room! #BLFC2026 #ShopsAtSea

Every time I want to gripe about an artist not posting enough, I stop myself because I can’t remember the last time I posted proper art.

The boxes mostly contain antique lighting, roughly categorized by power source - and related items. Only the third box contains American objects as almost all bicycle innovation came from Europe.

A great example of how our military spending hurts America: Navfac and other federal planning and design task orders offer immensely profitable work while municipalities struggle to muster even a quarter of what’s needed to perform a plan around infill housing… (1/2)

As a result, consultancies (engineering and architecture firms) look at the business case for both work types side-by-side and jettison, shut down, or curtail the planning group serving citizens. This leads to a lack of planning capability across the country. (2/2)

The person under whom I built my career is calling me back. I would lay everything on the line for him until we both crashed out, mad at each other. Kind of a big decision if this is real. When we did plan together - it led to 8 regional, state or national planning awards.

Couple with the weirdest meet-cute story at the pool. Apparently this bunny was so shy, he kept running away and wound up in a briar patch! 🌱

I should do more colored sketches - this was a quick 90 minute drawing and workup. ✏️ I actually only ever drew what’s above water and painted in the rest of him at the end - one of my favorite form practice techniques.

I’m thinking of getting a current Adobe Suite. It remains the mainline enterprise graphics workspace to this day, and I’ll need to for: - New planning portfolio - Furry Comic - Fine preparation of prints - Potential contract work

The effects of even the strongest El Niño events on the North Pacific storm track, and subsequently California precipitation, will not emerge until November *at the earliest* and possibly not until mid-late December! A wet/very wet winter in CA remains single likeliest outcome.

I’m bummed. I’ve prepared three new works for the FC art show, which would be a first ever display of my traditiondl media work. Turns out they abruptly closed the application saying they’d already made selections and it was full up. Pretty much giving up on ever showing or selling my work.
