One thing I find interesting is that despite seemingly the ENTIRE INDUSTRY trying to kill VR and make it seem as uncool as possible... VRChat has grown almost every month for almost eight years now and is among the top 25 most played things on Steam. Niche? Perhaps, but a big & hungry one.

Currently wrestling with the most important question when creating a site identity: what does the mascot look like. what is the correct balance of cute vs. hot. if the mascot is TOO hot, will that discourage people from posting? weird that this isn't covered in UX literature.
