Es wird viel abstrakt über „Milliarden für die Ukraine“ gesprochen. Die Wirklichkeit: Sinkende Einnahmen durch russischen Beschuss, fragile internationale Lage und Mobilisierung usw, steigende Kosten durch technologischen Kriegsbedarf und auch internationale Lage. Kleiner Erklärungsversuch.
