Colour me a GenX stereotype, my arms shoot up over my head when I hear this. Then at every "YEAH" you punch your arms straight up. That's how we did in the late 1900s. In the 2000s, I learned it was a perfect running on the treadmill song.

The 2026 season has me on the IL. They've broken my heart over and over, usually in the 7th or 8th inning. I've got to go to bed because I'm tired and because I'm likely not going to enjoy the 9th. #bluejays
