happening this morning in Minneapolis -- ICE agents drawing guns on observers. I reiterate again that it is only a matter of time before DHS kills more innocent people in Minnesota. Congress needs to shut this shit down right now.

Last night, GOP Senator Rand Paul went on national TV to flatly reject DHS's lies about the Pretti execution: "My advice to [DHS], if they're watching: If you come into [our hearing] and try to justify that [Pretti] was assaulting a police officer, that cannot be acceptable."

Hudson Valley residents braved freezing temperatures to protest a proposed ICE facility last Thursday. "They better lawyer up," Rep. Pat Ryan (D-NY) said at the rally, referring to ICE and the Trump admin at large. "Because when we flip the House in less than a year, there will be accountability."

House Democrats must vote ‘no’ on DHS funding tomorrow. Our country is in the middle of a five alarm fire, and we must act like it. While ICE agents are killing Americans in the street and using five year old children as bait, we should not give that agency another dime.

It is horrific and cruel to separate a mother from her newborn. This regime is depraved.

Orion Rummler@oriion.bsky.social

A newborn in Minneapolis hadn’t eaten for a day and a half. ICE agents took her mother when she went to work, trying to make money for diapers. Her 16-year-old and Bri, a local mother of two, saved that baby's life. @chabeli.bsky.social tells their story

Thank you, Brad, for laying this out so clearly.

I went on Fox News this morning to tell conservatives what is happening to their nation. ICE is out of control - teargassing schools, murdering American citizens, and obliterating the constitutional rights Republicans claim to care about. Every citizen should want this to stop.

It's hard to overstate how ell-organized the portland march that got gassed was... organizers made the crowd promise to be peaceful, said the march would slow in front of the ICE building but not stop, that we would stick to one chant (ICE Out). They did absolutely everything right and got gassed.

Since last year, we’ve been reporting on ICE extensively. But every week brings new information, and it’s getting harder to keep track of what’s happening, let alone remember what’s already happened. So here’s a quick thread to help.

So, how’s the nation doing? Well, mainstream media now has to advise on what to do if you get pepper sprayed by federal agents. Surreal.
