I still marvel at the people who use GenAi to create images and then post the result as if they did a thing. No, you did not. Stop faking art. Go pick up a pencil or brush and make an effort. Try something. Give a damn. That is the stuff I want to see and what I appreciate.

Turns out that most ‘high performance teams’ are made up of people who genuinely like and resect eachother, are diverse and have absolute trust in each other. Who knew?

I do a lot of ideating just to prove that my best darling or my 1st gut instinct is wrong. But over the years, my gut is pretty good. I think this comes from experience. The research is not to validate that I was right all along. It’s to provide durable insights about user intention & behavior.
