People don’t vote based on excuses. They vote based on what they can afford When families struggle to pay for groceries, gas, electricity & housing, it’s not just politics. It’s real life Leaders should be judged by results not campaign slogans! #Accountability #CostOfLiving #FactsMatter #SheShed

It’s good to remember this fact as someone else said “Mitch would have replaced Mitch already”.

McConnell refused to even hold hearings for Merrick Garland, arguing it was an election year. Then he rushed Amy Coney Barrett through just days before another presidential election after insisting the exact opposite four years earlier.

WHOA!! Rep. Zach Nunn (R-IA) just STRUCK a person asking him a simple question about rural hospital closures. Reporter: Do you still think rural hospital closures are a myth? Nunn: I said I'm with a constituent. You should protect their privacy! *SMACK*

Rep Zack Nunn of Iowa think it’s a good idea to smack somebody for asking him a question. I think a better idea is to make sure he’s not reelected. Republicans are assholes.

I guess that settles it, then. No point in looking into it. The President says he knew nothing about the biggest nuclear deal ever so I guess he didn’t know anything about it. I was worried there for a second.

Susan Collins voted for $70 billion in ICE funding just before an ICE agent gunned down a young immigrant father in Maine. Collins also voted against an amendment requiring bodycams. These votes will now be hung around her neck, Dems in the state tell me. New piece: newrepublic.com/article/2133...

This part of Trump’s speech is causing a bit of a stir amongst MAGA fans. He said that the “Front Row Joes” that follow him around the country and attend every rally “make a lot of money” from it and are “rich.”

Venezuela a war? Iran a conflict? So much wrong with his post

Senator Chris Van Hollen@vanhollen.senate.gov

It is sickening that the President would downplay the loss of 18 American soldiers killed during his ongoing Iran war & brag about how it’s not AS bad as some of the other disastrous American wars he promised he'd never repeat.

It’s worth noting that Taco Bell identified the source before the FDA did, and promptly pulled it from their stores. The FDA didn’t even name the source until Taylor Farms outed themselves, and hasn’t issued a recall. Basically, Taco Bell is now a more reliable authority than the FDA.
