If we want to 'take the temperature down' in Australia, a really good start would be blocking X entirely, and making the algorithm opt-in on all Meta platforms. As a side benefit we'd also be slightly reducing the income of the fascist billionaires Musk and Zuckerberg

Has the Australian mainstream media reflected at all on their own role in this? Someone should write a piece on the numerous times radio shock jocks and breakfast tv and late night tv commentators have promoted violence against politicians or public figures. #auspol #media #VAW #racism #HelenHaines

This is an incredibly dangerous precedent and confirms all the dangers of AUKUS - wargaming Australia as the base for a US war with China - and us even paying for it. We need to end AUKUS before this becomes real.

Pelvic organ prolapse - bladder or vaginal - affects about 1 in 12 Australian women. It's often linked to physical strain, heavy lifting or past childbirth. It’s uncomfortable and debilitating.

Jacqui Lambie has shown courage and honesty in speaking of her experience of vaginal prolapse. She’s talked about an awkward subject to make it easier for other affected women. Pauline Hanson thinks that's worth making fun of. One Jacqui Lambie is worth 1,000 Pauline Hansons.

There is worldwide social unrest at the moment that is driven by the fact that governments are not governing for the people but rather pandering to corporations instead. Essential services are being depleted as profits grow. We cannot have these things because Govt does not prioritise them.
