I wish Obama would go away and leave things alone. He represents the same system we are trying to get rid of. The corrupt pro-war, pro-corporation establishment we’ve been living under for decades. We deserve better.

Just 10 people have already poured over $1 BILLION into this year’s midterm elections. 90% has gone to Republicans. In the entire 2008 presidential cycle, the last election before Citizens United, total billionaire spending was $16 million. We need to get Big Money out of our democracy.

If this guy is still president by the end of the year, what are our next steps? So many wrongs that need to be made right…

🤔 What the hell is wrong with Trump? 🤔 Trump gave a bonkers speech in Georgia that included Islamophobic bigotry, oddly sexual comments about men, crazed lies about teachers secretly trans-ing kids, and a variety of other insane rants Here's the lowlight reel:

Come on, class consciousness!

Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA): "At this point in time in 2022, a little over 200,000 Virginians had voted. At this point in time in 2026, approximately 450,000 Virginians have voted early."

Living in San Diego, this is concerning

Trump: "With the war, it's just artificial. It's a little bit high. It's a small price to pay ... let them take out Los Angeles, let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay."

DoorDash spent $1.4M trying to stop Zohran Mamdani from becoming mayor. This week's historic $131.5M enforcement action against DoorDash for underpaying NYC delivery workers shows why. Yet another reminder that the only thing that can beat organized money is organized people.

Trump: "Please right your right hand. I pledge to the greatest president in the history of the United States. That loves us so much he can't even breath. That I will go out with my family, my friends, I'll do it any way - I don't care if I'm registered or not, I'm going to try to cheat like hell..."

How come when we report on the war we talk about how despicable it is, but when we report on the ones who signed up to do it we act like they are heroes? Even if refusing to deploy is illegal, you have the choice between jail time or going to kill others for an authoritarian regime.

MeidasTouch@meidastouch.com

EXCLUSIVE: A family member of a service member currently deployed aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln shared messages with MeidasTouch detailing months without milk, meat arriving rotten, and a deployment with no end in sight.

Anybody still supporting this authoritarian regime is a terrible person, full stop. There is no nuance.

Video of an ICE agent pulling a gun on a wife and mother, who is a US citizen born and raised in the area, near Bailey's Crossroads in Northern Virginia yesterday. Chillingly, they claimed she “almost ran them over” until she told them she had video proving that was a lie.

Abdul El-Sayed was outspent 9-to-1 by AIPAC and corporate Super PACs in the most expensive Senate Democratic primary of all time. Last night, he proved that organized people can beat organized money.

I am getting really tired of a bunch of rapists and pedophiles pretending to take the moral high ground and not being publicly and immediately shut down.

These people being afraid to show their faces means they know they are wrong.

Congratulations to everyone who said it would get this bad. Your prize is watching everyone who disagreed now claim no one could have predicted it would get this bad.

These losers think they are going to win. But eventually they will be reminded that they are not, in fact, in control of reality. No matter how hard the tech billionaires try to make us irrelevant, they can't win.

Trump rants his ballroom will feature "Bomb Shelters, a State of the Art Hospital & Medical Facilities,Top Secret Military Installations, Protective Missile Resistant Steel, Drone Proof Ceilings, Military Grade Venting, & Bullet, Ballistic, & Blast Proof Glass" Dafuq kind of ballroom is this?

For decades, birthday party clowns folded balloons and played games. John Wayne Gacy is taking a different approach.

Why does it seem like a hot take to believe that both the US and Iran are bad guys? I don't think we have to "pick a side" between two evils. We've been conditioned to think the lesser of two evils is a good enough choice. We deserve better.

It's nice that we still get some feel-good fluff pieces these days.

Hegseth: "May almighty God continue to bless our troops in this fight. To the American people, please pray for them every day on bended knee with your family, in your schools, in your churches, in the name of Jesus Christ."

If you know or are related to a US military member, remind them that they have a choice. Refusing illegal orders might get them temporarily court-martialed, but when the alternative is going overseas to die a disgraced war criminal, the choice seems easy. We need to stop treating them as heroes.

Donny J raped a bunch of kids and blew up a whole bunch more. Why is everyone talking about a baseball hat and gas prices??

Politicians should not be allowed to own stocks. Period. This is what happens when they are allowed to profit off of endless wars.

157 Democratic members of the House just voted yea for a resolution that confirms they agree with the Trump administration's reasoning for starting with a war with Iran. It passes 372-53-2

Are you telling me Claude told them to kill 150+ little girls? But I thought they were the good guys??

The Washington Post@washingtonpost.com

To strike 1,000 targets in 24 hours in Iran, the U.S. military leveraged the most advanced AI it’s ever used in warfare. Anthropic’s Claude partnered with the military’s Maven Smart System, suggesting targets and issuing precise location coordinates. https://wapo.st/46BFe1T

How many war crimes can you admit to in one sound bite?

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Hegseth: "Death & destruction from the sky all day. We're playing for keeps. Our warfighters have maximum authorities granted personally by POTUS & yours truly. Our rules of engagement are bold, precise designed to unleash American power, not shackle it ... we are punching them while they are down"

Dying from friendly fire as a war criminal who refused to disobey illegal orders must really suck. But at least a lot of the american public still wants to treat you like a hero.
