You can’t file suit on a contingency as there is no case and controversy. That said, they’re attacking settled law which sucks for them and sucked for Democrats way back when, when originally decided. I guess it sucks to eat your own crow Republicans.

When the rule of law is believed to be collapsing, this kind of corruption flourishes. It’s why Independents, Democrats, and RINO need to take back the reigns of government and law enforcement (at all levels) before it’s too late and we live in the Wild, Wild West. #RuleOfLaw #ncpol #Corruption

This is what’s wrong with ICE. It’s affected everyone. As a Republican put it, “Jose is a good man. Married, kids, two businesses, pays taxes. He shouldn’t be deported.” Abolishing #ICE or vastly reforming immigration laws has bi-partisan support. #immigration www.chicagotribune.com/2026/10/18/p...

BREAKING WSJ: The Trump Justice Department is reviewing whether the special prosecutor's office that investigated Watergate committed misconduct. A revisionist historian went to DOJ HQ to present his case that Richard Nixon and his associates weren't treated fairly.

At some point, you can hear in Todd Blanche’s voice, what he is reading sounds ridiculous, disingenuous, and that the statements made were true and in violation of nothing. #DOJ

The amount of Amazon workers relying on SNAP and Medicaid has nearly tripled since 2020 — while Amazon’s annual profits soared by over 550%. It’s the same story everywhere: corporate profits are at record highs, while workers’ share of the economy is at a record low. We must unrig the system.
