I really, really *need* those audiobooks, so come on folks, let’s make it happen!

After 10 years No Man’s Sky is coming to iPhone and iPad! I wonder if it’ll sync with my current saves on Mac and PC? https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2026/10/after-a-10-year-redemption-arc-no-mans-sky-is-coming-to-the-iphone-and-ipad/ #NoMansSky

One seriously great thing about the iPhone Duo is app developers are allowing their apps to run in landscape again. I’ve seriously missed landscape mode in iOS apps. As a bonus, they’re also spending a little time making the landscape version look nice. #iPhoneDuo #iOS #development

Fact.

We're one month out from Election Day. Listen to Willie. Vote for change this year.

The techbros don't want you to see this trailer. Pass it on.

Who’s ready for No Kings? We’re getting an early start on making signs! ✊💚

Yup… I cannot unsee it.

This is honestly the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard

Got it for my birthday 33 years ago. Played on a Macintosh Performa 430 with an external 1x CD-ROM drive (also got for my birthday). It was slow to load, but I did not care. I was transfixed.

Have you tried Azathoth Blues?

Got caught up on the new season of #Silo that’s out so far, I kind of wish I would’ve waited for the whole season to be out, but damn this season is really good! I was nervous about the other “timeframe” introduced being a distraction, but nah, it’s cranked the intrigue up by an order of magnitude.

I do so enjoy my conversations with the kid.

RE: https://fosstodon.org/@greyllama/116472256784766915 I suppose I should've posted the song as well! Good stuff...

I never knew I wanted a Tom Waits / Massive Attack collaboration. Holy shit man, “Boots On The Ground” is stellar!

What does a it mean when a game is delisted from Steam? Like will I still be able to download it if I own it? https://www.pcgamer.com/games/adventure/three-years-after-its-release-star-trek-resurgence-is-about-to-be-delisted-for-good/

I’m not sure how this will show up on Bluesky, but it should render and play fine on Mastodon where it was originally posted.

What better way to test out #Ivory app’s new audio posts ok #iOS than to publicly post the first track of an #album I’ve been working on for some years called *King of The Zoo*. The title is “Better Days”. #music #rock #heavy #indie

This is fucking ridiculous! Everything else is automated, Waymo didn’t foresee customers leaving the damn doors open and automate the doors as well? https://www.engadget.com/transportation/doordashers-are-getting-paid-to-close-waymos-self-driving-car-doors-122711640.html?src=rss

I wish I had the energy to stay up late tonight and watch #StarTrek #StarfleetAcademy, but after yesterday’s burn out and last night lack of sleep, I’m bound for bed this night.

Here’s my profile on Concert Archives: www.concertarchives.org/jonathan-rol...

I started using a service called Concert Archives (it is what it sounds like) and I really like it! It’s helped me remember live shows that I had forgotten I even went to and artists I didn’t even recall seeing until looking at the archive entries. I wish it was federated with #ActivityPub […]

TUCOWS dot com (1998)

I would very much like to get back into some gaming, but as soon as I sit down and attempt to play something, I just, can't. I feel like I have forgotten how to relax and do anything recreatioinal. It's winter, freezing cold and snowing, I have free time. What gives?

Yeah, this seems about right.

Wow, I normally would’ve known months in advance of a new novel, but this one caught me unaware! https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/645506/twelve-months-by-jim-butcher/ #TheDresdenFiles

I really enjoyed the first two episodes of Star Trek: Starfleet Academy! I was a little worried that the “youthfulness” aspect of the show might not work for me (since I’m old and only getting older), but honestly there was a lot of heart there and that’s timeless. Plus I feel like I picked up […]

It's been a week since the final episode of Dirt - An Audio drama launched, and the comments have been overwhelming! Thanks again to everyone who has listened to Dirt. The *entire* show can now be binged from start to finish. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/d...

It occurred to me just now that I never was a part of the algorithmic social media platform (be it Twitter, Facebook, or otherwise…), I only used twitter via third-party app and never had the algorithm shoved into my eyes. When Twitter killed apps, I moved to #Mastodon. I watched everyone I […]

Winter has arrived. You know what that means... Time to relisten to In Strange Woods for the 10,000th time

We finally got here. The series finale. "We're Still Holding Hands" is a tribute to the show creator's grandparents, who served as the real-life inspiration for Aimo and Vivian in the show. Hope you enjoy the ending and maybe have some tissues handy. There are rumors of ugly crying. 1/2

Okay what the actual fuck this actually looks hilarious youtu.be/ZfNLApPCa8E

This is accurate enough it kind of makes me feel like I’m gonna puke.

Quiet, little piggy.

Six people have died due to a multistate outbreak of listeria linked to recalled prepared pasta meals sold at major grocery chains, including Albertsons, Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market and Trader Joe’s.

I am really loving #Pluribus! It’s one of those shows that after watching I wonder about all the possibilities and bizarre bits of what it would really be like to exist in that situation.

We've hit 250 Kickstarter backers!!!! Thank you!!!! As promised, we'll be sharing the characters' best AND worst qualities. Read on! www.kickstarter.com/projects/aty...
