Let me see if I understand this . . . 1. The U.S. is at war with Iran. 2. Russia is helping Iran in that war. 3. The U.S. is now giving Russia money that it can use to help Iran destroy U.S. bases and kill U.S. troops. Donald is smart & patriotic like that.

The first Russian diesel cargo heading for the US left St Petersburg on September 22, two weeks *before* Trump announced the deal with Putin, Windward reports. The Greek-flagged tanker Minerva Zen carrying 275,000 barrels of diesel/gasoil is due at the US East Coast around 11–12 October.

Judge Luttig lays out a kind of constitutional Armageddon for January 3, 2027: “The 1st moment of constitutional crisis will come when, sometime before the 120th Congress has been gaveled into session, the loyal temporary clerk refuses to list Democrat representatives-elect on the clerk’s roll…”

A lot of people don’t realize the dust bowl wasn’t a natural phenomenon. It happened when agrobusiness interests dramatically transformed the plains without regard for drought, and created vicious dust storms that choked whole families to death. That’s what I think of when I read about data centers.

the big thing that happened is standard maine dem party got frozen out of any other potential candidates because schumer wanted mills, which left a giant gaping hole for any competitor to come up. doubly so because schumer and mills hemmed and hawed for ages before announcing.

It is absolutely absurd that these shenanigans are acceptable from anyone holding public office. It was derelict when Feinstein's staff was propping her up and it's derelict coming from McConnell's office, too. The culture of the Senate needs SIGNIFICANT overhaul. Just shameful and broken.

If the framers wanted separation of Church and State, they would have put it right at the beginning of the Constitution to show how important they thought it was! One moment, I'm being handed a note...

Trump dozes off as Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick says there's no such thing as separation of church and state in the U.S. Constitution

Donald Trump inheriting a situation that was suboptimal but honestly fine, deciding to personally intervene, and making everything significantly worse at great taxpayer expense is a perfect synopsis of every single thing he has done as president both times.

MAGA, the world's weakest, most brittle, fragile, porcelain teacups, brayed against cancel culture but continue cancelling anyone who offends their fickle, decaying King and Daddy Donald Trump. Colbert will be remembered well. Trump? Not so much.

This is only the beginning. He has no plans to leave office or allow free elections. Nor are his plans hidden—they're all unfolding in plain sight. The Insurrection never ended and the Christofascists won't stop until our democracy is gone. Choose who you'll be in this moment.
