My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

Christ almighty. 46? Simply unfair. A generational talent who should've become one of the all-timers.

Don't buy from TF-Direct. Nazi bar rules apply. Boot em out on sight

I’m not reposting it, but the website TF-Direct has put up a photo of Studio Series Optimus Prime posed into the shape of a swastika Absolutely disgusting There’s no ambiguity or nuance to stuff like this - it’s just awful, and it has zero place in the Transformers fandom

When operated at full capacity this data centre would use the energy equivalent to over two million homes. Its emissions would exceed the legal limit in Dumfries and Galloway by almost double. This application must be rejected.

God I've just realised the kind of vibe I wanted when I said "space wolves with a more knightly aesthetic." For my homebrew. It's this old Chaos Warrior kit. Just y'know, minus the chaos-y bits.

DO NOT SEEK THE TREASURE One of my favorite scenes from O Brother Where Art Thou. I figured I should try to draw all 3 of the Soggy bottom boys, why not. #art #comic

This really is the disconnect I feel with programmers who use AI heavily (and non programmers who do too!) Programming is my art, my craft, my discipline that I have honed and will continue to hone for (hopefully) the rest of my life. I am an artist and craftsperson of bits and bytes.
