Just trying to survive this dystopian world. Blue speck in a red state. I'd get a dog but my cats won't let me.

1. She's president's human binky & controls his social media 2. Foreign govts use her a conduit for Trump 3. She's lied about much of her background 4. She wouldn't or couldn't get security clearance (see 3) 5. She has an obsession w/ Trump giving their relationship a vaguely inappropriate dynamic

I don’t understand why we’re supposed to give a shit about this person.

the fact that john ossoff can kick off a two-day media cycle by saying that the president is uninterested in doing his job and is sleeping through meetings and traveling around with a young blonde, suggests that not enough of these guys are speaking plainly and effectively about these assholes

Sitting here ecstatic that insurance improved my drug after only one denial. Last year it took three. This is a biologic that I've taken for 22 years and was on the clinical trial before it came to market. Something is terribly wrong w/ our system.

It is remarkable how many establishment Dems simply do not understand they are in the middle of an existential war against MAGA politics, and that there’s no co-existence possible here.

America is not “a nation that calls to God in prayer.” It’s a nation where people are free to pray, worship, or reject religion entirely without government telling them which choice is “American.”

The irony of a subscription plan having tiers and they show all the ads to the poor people on the bottom tier. I can't even budget the extra money for ad-free--what makes them think I'm going to buy the stuff in the ads?

The Constitution clearly gives Congress the power to spend taxpayer funds, and no law allows the president to halt if he feels some US states aren’t being “good stewards” of the money. In case there’s any confusion on this, the Impoundment Control Act forbids it. Taxation without representation.

JD Vance: "We're announcing today that we have decided to temporarily halt certain amounts of Medicaid funding that is going to the state of Minnesota in order to ensure that the state of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards of the American people's tax money."

These people are just evil.

Great. In return can any country holding onto any Epstein information please post it on the Internet. Our country is banning us from seeing it.

Fucking surreal that people dressed like this and carrying assault rifles are permitted to kidnap people off our streets

I've been pretty good in keeping myself emotionally checked through Trump 2.0, but this latest release of Epstein files has me seething at the injustice.

This is amazing 🫶 On Jan. 26 the Minneapolis hippie diner Modern Times made an announcement: all their menu items are now free, unless you're a federal agent. The hours will remain the same, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, but the menu will be a bit smaller. The restaurant will run on donations.
