📣Happy to share that my new article in JEPOP is out! This is a solo-authored paper, but it was never truly a solo effort. Grateful for the feedback and insights from colleagues and reviewers, and to @ispsyale.bsky.social for supporting the research. 🔗https://lnkd.in/gQXrNxKD

New opinion piece with @profjanegreen.bsky.social in @financialtimes.com ⬇️📊 We argue that five parties in the polls doesn't mean five-way races. What's really going on is a scramble within each bloc over who can win, fought out seat by seat.

Had a great time at #EPOP2026. Thought a lot, learned a lot, met some lovely people, ate too much, was beaten very badly by John Curtice in a pub quiz. Perfect combination for a conference.

Really enjoyed attending #EPOP2026 but the news of cuts and job losses from across UK universities is just heartbreaking. Not sure what we can expect from this government but the sector is in an emergency.
