It's really important to pay attention to the fact that Lula beat the fascist candidate not by compromising and trying to meet fascist voters in the middle, but by sticking to his guns, promising prosecutions for election interference, and mobilising his own voters to turn out in greater numbers.

Congrats to Lula on overcoming Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump to defeat Hospital Pervert Jr., even as his opposition literally blocked off roads and turned off bus service during election day. Fascists are scary but they are always, 100% of the time, ultimately gigantic fucking losers.

2/2 Losing men don’t accept losing. They change the game. Expect the worst…and vote like it’s the ONLY thing that matters. It’s no guarantee, but…if we don’t win the vote…nothing else means diddly shit.

And for people not comfortable w/canvassing or phone banking, "Souls to Polls" is a great volunteer opportunity. I've been doing it for years. It's fun and you build connections w/great people when you give them a ride to their polling place. Check w/your local Dem party or campaign to coordinate.
