If this doesn’t speak to the Era we are in, nothing does.

"Terrible things are happening outside. Poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes. Families are torn apart. Men, women, and children are separated. Children come home from school to find that their parents have disappeared." Diary of Anne Frank January 13, 1943

I don’t know who I blame more for this current debacle, those who voted for Trump or those who couldn’t be bothered to get off the damn couch and exercise it.

During Trump’s first administration there was chaos. Many now wonder why during his second, why is there so much chaos? Trump only knows how to create chaos!

This should be reposted far and wide.

Look who's hiring more foreign workers. The Trump Org sought approval to hire 36 foreign workers for its Virginia winery at a pay rate nearly $2 an hour below what it previously offered. This is why Trump lowered minimum wages for some temporary farmworkers. So he could fuck them even more.

In observance today of one of the darkest days in the history of the United States. Never forget that the traitor in the White House was responsible for this seditious event.

Yesterday, I posted that Trump's push to drive out patriotic senior generals and admirals in order to replace them with individuals willing to ignore their oath of office to follow Trump's illegal orders was a preamble to using US troops against Americans. Today, Maj Gen Paul Eaton explains it.

it's perverse and ahistorical, but Donald Trump has made catering to and protecting the interests of aggrieved white people the organizing principle of his administration. my @zeteo_news column please read, share and subscribe zeteo.com/p/how-white-...

zeteo.comHow White Resentment Fuels Trump’s Openly Racist AgendaCatering to and protecting white Americans, as they go from majority to minority in the United States, is this far-right administration's organizing principle.

With Trump as our President it’s like everyday someone walks an elephant onto your front lawn and it takes a gigantic shit. Now you have to deal with it. It never gets better only more disgusting as we go along.

When somebody tells me that they aren’t against immigration, if it’s legal and then they cheer the cruelty of our current government’s policies, I have a hard time believing them.

All I know is that there was peace in the streets during the Biden era and now there is not. I felt safe then and now I don’t. Time to function check all of my weapons just in case things spin out of control. Always good to be prepared. Thanks Trump, I don’t need this crap at my age.

Last week, @rhodesben.bsky.social and I did a Munk Debates against Kevin Roberts and Kellyanne Conway on whether Trump is leading America into a new golden age. We won. This is from my closing statement. There’s nothing golden about a movement that bathes in gratuitous cruelty.
